Carpet Brokers of Northern Colorado is now Carpet Brokers of Northeast Colorado. Our service area of Larimar and Weld Counties is the same, the name has simply changed to be a better reflection of that.
While the name has changed, the company’s outstanding reputation continues by providing the best in floor coverings and service at reasonable prices. Our low overhead allows us to pass along the best prices available on carpet, vinyl, wood, laminate, and tile floors.
Our History
In 2013 Charlie Moreng started the company to provide the same quality flooring materials that you
find in showrooms from the comfort of your own home, for more economical prices. In 2020, Charlie
Moreng retired, passing the baton to his business partner Tom Barrett. Tom continued the tradition
for 4 years and retired in 2024 and has passed the reins to the new Owner, Tim Buman. Tim has worked
with both Charlie and Tom for over two decades installing the great products sold by both Charlie and
Tom.
Tim Buman has installed and repaired carpet for over 35 years. He has also installed tile, hardwood, and
vinyl plank, but his love is working with carpet. Tim has installed and repaired carpet in residences and
businesses across Nebraska, Wyoming, and Colorado. Tim is not only familiar with the skills needed to
install flooring, he is also well versed on the differences in different kinds of flooring solutions and
what works best in different situations.
We do not have huge markups on our floor coverings because we don't have an expensive showroom to maintain.
We bring the showroom to your door. No more rushing around, leaving work early trying to get to the store
